Principal Bios

Arlee P. Reach
Arlee Reach created It’s All About Time, consummate concierge services, in 2002 with a passion for unwavering customer service and satisfaction as well as connecting great people with great people. Prior to the establishment of It’s All About Time, LLC, Arlee excelled in the furniture industry for 20 years. It was in this industry that she learned the value of dedicated and unwavering customer service and the importance of attitude. She brought this experience and knowledge to her creation of It’s All About Time.

In addition to her work with It’s All About Time, LLC, Arlee is also involved in the community through being a board member for such organizations as the Tumbleweed Center for Youth Development and the Place D’Valencia Improvement Association. She and IAAT are Partners in the Arts, with Contemporary forum, a support group of Phoenix Art Museum.

Phyllis B. Steckler
In 2007, Phyllis B. Steckler joined It’s All About time as the second Principal Manager of the firm. Ms. Steckler was a successful publishing executive and founding president of The Oryx Press, the reference and information publishing company whose main offices were located in Phoenix. The company was sold in November 2000.

As President of The Oryx Press, Phyllis Steckler was responsible for developing an interactive customer relations organization, one which was emulated by many other publishing companies. As a result, she is eminently qualified to be part of It’s All About Time.

Ms. Steckler has been actively involved with many literacy, library, and arts organizations, both National and local. She is a Board member of Contemporary Forum, a support organization of Phoenix Art Museum, a Board member of Young Arts of Arizona, a Board member of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science and on the advisory council for RepublicBank, AZ, N.A.
